Lisa Robinson6 days agoMy husband and I are on a 7-week roadtrip. It was time to do laundry, so, we brought our laundry to the Laundry Station on Oliver Street. We had Hawaiian shirts, shorts, lightweight pants, socks and underwear, and dropped it off around 7:30 PM and were promised it to be ready by 3:30 PM the next day. To our surprise we got a text around 1:00 PM to say it was ready. As you can see everything was sorted and paper bands put on socks and underwear. The shirts were expertly folded and ready to put into our suitcases. When traveling we use laundry mats and this by far the BEST one we have used. This is by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been in and the staff was incredible, plenty of tables to sit and wait also drinks, snacks & laundry soap available for purchase, and the lady behind the counter, Renée, was incredible to me and to my children. It's clean, there's books for kids, and the people who work there are friendly. They always seem to be busy so I took a chance and took my laundry to the laundry station. Chris Rice57 days agoI am 58 year old woman. I work in customer service. But, this Ashton guy goes above and beyond. Like nobody i have ever seen. In a time of division and a lot of negativity, he is a breath of fresh air. He always gives updated information or info i wasnt aware of. He brought me a basket when I do bulk blankets and towels that are very heavy. Informed me what washers was available bc he knows which ones I use. He is phenomenal. Nam Anh71 days agoPlace is very bright and tidy. The lady staff is extremely helpful. Payment is affordable and convenient. There are options like quarters, cash, and pay by phone! Laundry detergent and dryers are for sale should someone need them. The bathrooms are astoundingly clean and the staff constantly tend to it. There are 3 options for machine: 2 lb load, 4 lbs and 6 lbs load. And for dryers there are 5 lbs and 8 lbs .The only downside is there is no wifi :/ but there are free books for kids to grab! Mirabel Fant114 days agoWe just moved to town leaving behind the laundry mat I heavily preferred. I’m glad I found this place. It’s clean and has plenty of spaces to sit and wait if you don’t prefer leaving your stuff. Most laundry mats tend to be kind of grungy with a sketchy feel to it because they aren’t really maintained outside of the machines themselves, but this location feels fresh and welcoming without being weirdly bougie. I really love that there’s multiple ways to pay for your wash. You can use card, app, phone, AND still use coins. Caught up with the times without limiting people.Posted on Google

Cecilia Murray134 days agoThis laundry mat is by far the the best in cleanliness, and have several sizes of washers to choose from depending on what size of loads you have to wash. I wash my comforters and bed linens here and feel at ease knowing I can put my wash in a clean washer and dryer due to staff always working hard to keep the machines, bathrooms, tables disinfected. There is one particular staff member I would like to point out, her name is Martha. She has been working here since I started coming when they 1st opened. She is always willing to help customers find the best washing experience possible, Martha is very attentive, & i have grown to cherish this fine lady. I know people grow and find other employment but I sure hope she NEVER leaves the laundry Station. She is another big reason I keep coming back. The staff is always very friendly, either here or the location on the east side. It always feels very clean and I always feel very safe here. Honey Werth181 days agoI go here once a week and bring my kids. They have a book corner for children and 2 clean bathrooms. The facility is always clean and an attendant is always close by. You can use the app (SpeedQueen) to pay with your phone and get notified when your laundry is almost done. If your busy or just don't like doing laundry they can do it for you (fees on their website). All new machines that work well! Prices are a little high but what's not anymore..Posted on Google

Matt D.194 days agoI've been doing my laundry at the Oliver location since it opened, and can honestly say that it's the absolute cleanest laundry that I've used since the big laundry that I used in Moscow, Russia, when I was stationed there with the Department of Defense (now Department of War) in the mid 1990's. The nurses didn't have recommendations for a laundromat and also continued to say the area by the Ascension hospital was dangerous. On Yelp, I found this business. With most of the reviews good, I had some hesitancy since they were from a handful of years ago. Needless to say, I was more than surprised by the professional service, clean facility, and very pleasant atmosphere. There is a sitting area; clean, single use bathroom; and a kids space. The location is conveniently close to the freeway. It is well lit with lots of natural light. EIGHT LOAD dryers, unbelievable! The equipment works great and when I went the traffic was light. Jonathan Collier302 days agoIt cost $2.50 just to start the dryer but it is a very clean and well taken care of place. Most places give you 8 minutes per quarter this one gives you 5 minutes. On the other hand the dryers were very clean and they did not have any metal protruding from them like the Lost sock at Lincoln and Seneca. I'm definitely going back. Edit: I just went back to the same place and the machine was broken down that gives quarters. It had a sign that said ask the attendant for change. When I asked the attendant for change she asked which dryers I was using? I told her it did not matte which dryer I was using I wanted quarters. She told me if I was going to be rude that I could just leave so I did. That young punk thinks that she runs everything and she's stupid. I will not be going back to this placePosted on Google

N K335 days agoI spent a lot of this summer and early fall in Wichita helping a family member who had relocated. As I am from overseas I have never used a laundry facility before but his place is exceptional. From the moment I first arrived the staff were so helpful and patient, explaining how the facility worked and helping me choose the right machine and settings for my needs. I visited this facility approximately 5 times and was always so delighted with not only how cheap and clean the place was but also with how well my clothes came out. The best thing about this place is the staff, in particular Ranae! She was always so friendly and helpful, and super kind and patient with everyone in the facility. I know it might not seem much but when you are away from home for so long having somewhere like this place was just great - thank you Ranae and all your colleagues for everything! It's been many years since I had to use a laundromat but my water heater died while doing laundry and plumber can't come for 3 days. So here I am. I was not expecting the cost. I only brought $5 in quarters. Mega 4 load washer was $7.75. Had to download the app and add a minimum $15 credit. Only took a a couple of minutes and my washer was started. Guess i will have some left in credit if i have to do this again lol. But it is super clean so I guess you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend to a friend.Posted on Google

Nick Miller576 days agoDo not listen to the bad reviews if you happen to read them. I've been using this facility to clean my laundry for about a year and I've never seen roaches or had the staff be rude or seen the floors dirtied. In fact, most times when I go in one fo the employees is cleaning something at some point in the rough hour it takes to do my laundry. My clothes always come out clean, dry, and smelling fresh. The prices might be a little higher than some other facilities, but only by maybe fifty cents per wash/dry, which is fine because the cheaper laundromats are always dingy and nasty. My only "complaint" about this facility is that during certain times and days it can be impossible to find an open washer, but that's to be expected as the facility is a little smaller than others and you're going to have a packed house when your business is as successful as this one. It's certainly no fault of the owner or the employees. :)Posted on Google

Cam583 days agoIn Wichita for work and didn't want to pay a ton for my hotel's laundry service. Gotta say this is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. When Martha saw me getting ready to use the ATM she pointed out that she could ring me up, and then showed me where the small load laundry machines are. The little market of drinks and snacks is amazing. Even the bathrooms are clean! Usually I have low expectations for laundromats but this place far exceeded them. The whole place (I went to the Oliver store) is well lit, wide open, and they have everything you could need if you forget anything. As well as snacks! I'm on night shift and I drop my clothes off right away in the morning. By the time I wake up in the afternoon I have a text telling me it's ready for pickup! If you want to wash your stuff personally, this is one of the nicest laundries in the country and I've seen MANY. Both of them were very professional and kind and explained their process on hiring. Just by talking to both of them i felt very confident that they knew what kind of person to hire that would be a good fit for the company. If the position comes open again I will apply again . Just by reading the job description in the Ad on indeed I felt like it would be a great place to work at and by looking at the pictures on the website it looks like a clean and safe place to do laundry. Other than the fact that dryers are $1.50 and washers are the lowest of $3.75. if you are needing to do your laundry and got the extra cash then go there but if not I'd suggest go to a cheaper place.Posted on Yelp
P M.1301 days agoThis is the best Laundry service In Wichita! The lovely ladies always take care of me when I drop off my laundry before my flight. They have a very good system and leave your clothes smelling fresh and nicely folded.Posted on Google

Thurman H1316 days agoA very clean and nice place. The only thing was a heavy soap smell hit you when you walk in the door. Nice employees.
