We are not liable for damage from normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects. Stain removal is done with care, but complete stain elimination cannot be guaranteed. Items requiring special handling or posing a risk of damage may be refused.
Customers should check garments before drop-off and remove personal belongings such as cash, jewelry, or valuables. The Laundry Station is not responsible for loss or damage to such items.
