By using The Laundry Station’s services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our services. This agreement is between The Laundry Station and the Customer, and no third-party rights are created. Using our services indicates your acceptance of these terms, designed for the benefit of both parties.
We take every precaution to provide high-quality washing, drying, and folding services. Laundry is accepted based on weight, not individual item count. We are not liable for damage from normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects. Stain removal is done with care, but complete stain elimination cannot be guaranteed. Items requiring special handling or posing a risk of damage may be refused.
Customers should check garments before drop-off and remove personal belongings such as cash, jewelry, or valuables. The Laundry Station is not responsible for loss or damage to such items. Customers must report lost or damaged items within five (5) business days of receiving their order. Items not claimed within 30 days after cleaning will no longer be the responsibility of The Laundry Station.
